Hello, I am a psychotherapist and life coach with over 30 years experience helping young adults through older adults manage barriers in their lives and mental health by working towards healing and achieving more quality in their lives through counseling and coaching.

The journey through life provides both triumphs and disappointments which often change our trajectories in achieving happiness, contentment and overall better quality in their lives. I consider it a privilege to join you on that journey when you encounter barriers, trauma and unfortunate situations that hinder that good quality; and help you succeed.
I provide help through telehealth services on four different platforms: some which accept insurance and some which are self-pay. I am fully licensed as a clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. I specialize in areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, loss of confidence, changes and/or crisis in life, crisis of faith, and more. I also work with medical and graduate students who struggle with the stress and demands of balancing higher education and personal life.
In my career, I've worked in private practice, education/school settings, the sports world and the medical setting. Working in all of these settings for over 30 years has given me broad experience in helping people with many varied challenges faced in life. I do primarily on-line therapy through the four Telehealth platforms I'm on.
