About me
I am an experienced clinical psychologist providing help to late teens and adults cope with anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
I completed the doctorate program in clinical psychology at George Fox University, in Newberg, OR in 1998. I have previously worked in community mental health in Atlantic, Iowa. I have worked with individuals across the life span but currently limit my practice to older teens, young adults and adults. I typically uses a cognitive-behaviorally informed approach that is supportive. I have training in Internal Family Systems.
