I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for 15 years. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents with various life challenges.

I believe therapy is a partnership and that making connections with the past can help connect our present, allowing us to move forward into a healthier, happier life.
I have recently added another Licensed Therapist to my practice whom is certified in trauma therapy. Other services provided at an additional cost are massage and reflexology provided by Rhonda whom is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Lisa whom is a Nurse, also practices right down the hall, she helps clients by incorporating Doterra oils into treatment for emotional challenges which compliment nicely with therapy sessions. I also provide outdoor sessions when weather permits, give journals, sell whole food supplements based upon interest, make positive affirmation jars with clients, and give worry boxes and nurture stones to those interested, . All office space is comfortable and private with amenities such as coffee, filtered water, and dark chocolate. Integrating multiple services can improve the effectiveness of therapy and the healing process as a whole.
