About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience in the field. I have worked most of those years with children and their families dealing with trauma, abuse, loss and along their healing journeys. For the last 8 years I have focused primarily on adults and their experiences along their healing journeys.
I mix humor, light-heartedness and joy along the difficult healing journey from abuse, loss and trauma. There are times that we are laughing together and other times that tears may be shared. It is important to have a deep trusting relationship with your treatment team, primarily your therapist. I attempt to have openness, honesty and personal relationships with the individuals that I work with.
