About me
I am a trauma informed therapist dedicated to helping people sort through their past hurts and traumatic experiences to help move them towards healing and wholeness.
I am passionate about working with adults struggling with codependency, self-esteem issues, addictions, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, sexual issues (betrayer or betrayed partner), racial trauma, and complex trauma. My background also includes working with serious mentally ill adults, children, adolescents, and teenagers. I am trained in EMDR and take a trauma focused approach to counseling. I also am trained in Post Induction Therapy and am in the process of completing my CSAT training and certification.
