About me
I am a Licensed Social Worker who is passionate about working with clients to break through obstacles that are holding them back from living the life they desire. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce, grief, loss, women's issues, trauma, religious and spiritual abuse, and relationship issues and narcissistic abuse.
I use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, strengths-based therapy, client-centered therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction techniques. I work together with the client to discover what gets in the way of building the satisfying relationships, career and mindset that they seek. I work collaboratively and compassionately to address clients needs and goals without judgment. You do not have to struggle alone.
