I am here to listen and support.

I have been in practice for over 20 years as a therapist, supervisor, and a clinical director in an outpatient mental health clinic and in community health, working with individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness. My focus has been on working with adults who are seeking to work on their coping skills, stress reduction, grief, depression, mood disorders, trauma, domestic violence, and life adjustments. I also do life coaching and leadership coaching as well. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut but my office is in Glastonbury, and I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. As a therapist, I am fully present, listening actively to you, and working with you to identify what is important to you. While I may have various specializations or know different techniques, I focus on YOU when we are together. We work on what you NEED and what WORKS for you. I want to know your story.

You have shown great courage in taking the first step to seek help and I am here to guide you through the process. We will journey collaboratively towards YOUR identified GOALS. Together, we will work on your POWER to make healthy choices for you. You will learn how to BUILD on your strengths and coping skills. Through compassion and being actively present with you on your journey, I will teach you to reconnect with your authentic self.
