I am experienced in working with adults, children, and families. I am passionate about helping to support you in working to overcome life's challenges, and I have particular expertise in helping with parenting challenges.

We all go through periods of time in our lives when we could use a helping hand. Many different circumstances exist that can cause us to struggle: stress, life transitions, parenting, relational challenges, unresolved issues from the past, etc. Counseling can be a great place to find support and get help with figuring out what changes you want to make and how to go about them. I enjoy building supportive relationships with my clients and helping them to navigate life’s challenges. I have a particular passion for work involving parenting challenges and the parent-child relationship.

I utilize an integrative, strength-based approach pulling from a variety of techniques and interventions to help empower my clients in working through life’s transitions and challenges. I have experience and training in a number of evidence-based and informed practices. I am licensed to see clients in both Minnesota and Ohio.

In my work with clients, I establish a safe, non-judgmental space to reflect on and process challenges in order to achieve the treatment goals we set collaboratively. I enjoy helping support clients in achieving their personal version of wellness and stability in their lives. I look forward to working with you!
