Hello, thank you for visiting my profile, I am glad you're here. My name is Joanna Terrelonge and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have nine years of experience in providing therapy as well as serving as a Director of Clinical Operations in a non-for-profit agency. In my time as a therapist I have helped my clients build resilience, confidence, adaptability, resourcefulness and strength as well as overcome depression, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, difficulties in relationships, fears, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, trauma, stress and major life transitions. My specialty is in providing marriage and couples counseling as well as treating individuals with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concern.

I practice an Integrative model including a holistic approach to treatment, paying attention to both mind and body. I utilize and integrate a variety of therapy styles, to give you the best support, tailored to your needs. My approach is rooted in a passion for research into what truly works to help you get back in charge of your life, give you the focus, confidence, calmness and self-sufficiency. I believe that your health is your wealth and the foundation for success in both your personal life and your career.
