Marriage and Family Therapist

About me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and have enjoyed working with families, couples, adolescents, and children for several years. My work with clients has been multifaceted; essentially focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being. My goal is to help my clients attain the personal growth they desire to experience.
As a therapist you will find me to be empathic, respectful, and a great listener. I am well-versed in family systems, cognitive behavior, solution focused, and client-centered therapy, treating a full spectrum of depression, mood, and anxiety disorders (including OCD, PTSD, and panic disorder). In addition, I am experienced in addressing attachment issues, relationship challenges, blended-family issues, parenting concerns, domestic violence, anger management, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, developmental issues, and lifespan transition issues to name a few more. My overarching purpose is to facilitate personal growth in each of my clients so that they can accomplish their therapeutic goals.
I look forward to taking this journey with you!
