I commend you for your courage to reach out for help! Life can be so hard, and there's no reason to walk it out alone. I provide trauma-informed care and a holistic approach to therapy that values the mind, body, and spirit connection. I am trained in Brainspotting, I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Board Certified in Telemental Health, and a Certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I work with adults and adolescents on a variety of issues, such as trauma, anxiety, grief, spiritual issues and inner healing, depression, and life changes.

I offer individual counseling for age 12 and up, and I offer counseling for couples preparing for marriage. I've gained experience working in both private practice and non-profit settings with a wide variety of clients and circumstances. Because you are unique, therapy is collaborative, and we will work together to tailor therapy to fit your specific needs. My top priority is to provide a safe place for you to be yourself, and for you to experience acceptance, honor, and support.
