About me

I specialize in couples and individuals who have trauma backgrounds. My areas of focus include (but are not limited to) survivors of childhood sexual abuse, survivors of religious trauma, couples wanting to improve communication, adult children of alcoholics, and those battling anxiety and depression.

I am a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado holding a masters in Marriage/Couples and Family Therapy (2022) and bachelors in Psychology (2019). I work with relationships and individuals online and in our Greeley office.
I provide a comfortable, relaxed, and safe environment to allow you space to work on difficult things. Trust is so important in the work I do with my clients and I understand that can take time to build. Vulnerability takes trust.
I understand that by the time you connect with me, the issues in your life have gotten pretty unbearable. I can help you learn how to use tools to improve on communication and understanding of where your partner is coming from. I can help you learn how to do things differently in your life that will result in different outcomes. Reaching your goals is the main focus of our work.
