I'm a telehealth therapist whose passion is to support other ADHDers who received a diagnosis in adulthood and are looking to make sense of it all as well as learn skills that compliment the unique way our brains work.

Hi, I’m Jessica! I help folks diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood better understand themselves, find a sense of peace, and thrive. I know from personal experience that living with ADHD can be challenging, do any of these sound familiar?

You’re a people-pleaser and struggle to advocate for yourself.
You seem to have it “all together” from the outside but internally are struggling with anxiety, loneliness, self-doubt, or perhaps even burnout.
You struggle with procrastination, keeping track of all the tasks on your plate, leading to overwhelm.
You feel like no one quite fully understands you.
It feels like it’s so much easier for everyone else to accomplish goals.
You find it difficult to stick to one or two interests, perhaps you’re a serial hobbyist.
You may have been called lazy, unmotivated, or other hurtful labels that have led to feelings of guilt or shame.
You struggle with self-worth/self-esteem or may experience anxiety or depression as well.

I’m here to help you get to a better place! In our work together, I’ll help you:

Better understand ADHD and how it’s impacted you throughout your life.
Find a path towards being your authentic self and building relationships with others that feel more fulfilling.
Build skills that help minimize the overwhelm in your life.
Get to know all the parts of yourself more fully so that you can have a better relationship with yourself and feel more confident.

As ADHDers, we often mask our authentic selves to fit in with a world that may not always fit with the way we operate. My clients often say they don't feel like they know who they are as a result of this. I’m passionate about helping others discover and start to embrace their true selves so they can live authentically and build deeper connections. Are you ready to have a more peaceful and fulfilling life? Let’s get started! Reach out for a free 15-minute consult or to book an intake!
