About me
I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and their families within a social work setting, addressing anger management, parenting approaches, anxiety, stress management, and life transitions
I use an eclectic approach drawing from different methods to best meet each client’s needs. Some of these methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I take on a strength based and trauma informed perspective in helping clients work through challenges towards their goals. While I provide an empathic and supportive environment for the client to freely express themselves in, I believe the client holds all the answers to creating their desired life and therefore is the driving force behind their successes in treatment.
