About me
Currently accepting new patients and try to respond to all emails or calls within 48 hours! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in PTSD, anxiety, depression, improving work/school performance, and emotion/behavioral control issues. My expertise is in suicide prevention and risk management for ages pediatric to adult as well as self-injury reduction. I am especially passionate about working with military and veterans, first responders, couples, as well as families in conflict.
Most of my professional experience thus far has been in suicide prevention and risk management in acute care settings which often had very specific time limitations in regards to treatment. While I look forward to being able to spend more time with people who come to see me in my private practice setting, I still believe strongly in making the most out of each session. With that in mind, my approach to therapy now that I’m in the private practice world is making sure that we both know the goals of treatment while working together so that you can experience the best outcomes possible as quickly as possible. I offer a free consultation phone calls for new potential clients so if you are interested in learning more and seeing if we are a good fit please feel free to give a call or send me an email So that we can connect. My goal is to return all calls and emails within 48 hours. At this time I have openings for in person and telehealth sessions available predominantly in late afternoon to evening and on weekends; please reach out or check my website for the hours available. I hope to hear from you!
