Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.

I have over 5 years of experience working with families, couples, and individuals. Prior to becoming a Counselor, I was in the US Army for 12 years. I have had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of counselor positions treating both children and adults. These include inpatient psychiatric, military school environment, substance abuse facility, and most recently as an independent contractor with Better Help. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, mood disorders, and a range of mental health issues. I also work with individuals who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
