About me
I am an experienced counselor who works with ages 12 and older. I work hard to provide a space to my clients where they feel safe enough to drop the mask they put on socially, allowing them to be their authentic selves. I will work hard to make sure therapy moves at your pace, and to ensure that you are getting what you need from our time together.
I offer both Neurodiversity Affirmative and LGBTQIA+ Informed therapy, and am my self a Neurodivergent provider. I work primarily from a person centered framework, meaning I follow my clients' lead on what they need and goals they want to pursue. I offer EMDR, Solution Focused, Trauma Informed, Cognitive Behavioral, and Culturally Sensitive modalities to my clients. I have experience working with Autistic folks, ADHD folks, the LGBTQIA+ community, anxiety, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar), OCD, divorce, grief, and chronic pain and illness.
