I am an experienced couples and individual mental health counselor and master certified life coach who is dedicated to helping couples through struggles in their relationship or co-parenting and individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.
I offer individual and couple counseling for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and unmanageable stress. Co-Parenting Specialty: When it comes to a child’s sense of family, what separation breaks apart, solid co-parenting rebuilds. In order to co-parent, you’ll need to know how to take care of yourself and your emotions, and have the tools to build and maintain a respectful cooperative co-parenting relationship. My goal is to help parents develop confidence in their ability to create a positive, resilient family even with the challenges of living across two homes and in the aftermath of a broken adult relationship.
My practice style is Cognitive Behavioral, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy. That means I can look at your problems from both a modern and a more choice driven of point view. For Co-Parenting, I offer structured programming which will build your confidence in the ability to establish a secure and loving sense of home and family.
I run a private practice that is not handicapped accessible and does have a private entrance. My practice philosophy is that we are all on a journey through life; sometimes we go astray and need guidance to get back on track. I can help you on your journey through life. I look forward to walking the road to your better life together.
