About me
I am experienced with helping learn to cope with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
I have current availability for teens and adults seeking therapy. I have experience in office-based, school-based, and telehealth based modalities of providing mental health services. I incorporate many therapeutic techniques based on my client's needs including Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavioral, and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches. I have experience with treating social anxiety, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, personality disorders, trauma, impulse control, and anger management as well as other mental health concerns. I also have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have training in EMDR that I can incorporate into treatment.
