Do you feel overwhelmed with issues that are unmanageable to deal with? Are you unsure about how to achieve your goals? Therapy is a powerful tool utilized to help resolve the problems you are experiencing. It strengthens our coping tools and our sense of self. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, compulsions/addictions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and developing action plans to address goal setting.
My goal is to help you move forward to where you want to be in your life. I utilize various treatment techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Eclectic Therapy. I am also certified to conduct DWI/DUI screenings and evaluations for court-ordered alcohol or drug treatment. *HIPAA Compliant Video Conferencing is Available as well as in-office sessions..
Day, evening, and weekend sessions are available. Our Garden City private practice is open from 9 am to 9:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays. Our professional and dedicated front desk team will always pick up the phone during these times. Prior to the first session, we will verify your insurance information and inform you in writing of any costs. We are a Tier 1 Northwell Direct Provider.
