About me
I support those who are searching to understand, accept, and grow from their life experiences. Let’s pursue your hope together.
I have been working in the mental health field for approximately 15 years, I am a nationally board certified counselor (NCC), a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania, a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) and trained in Eye movement desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I have worked in numerous counseling settings across a varied population of individuals. With a majority of experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, and more recently in a University setting working with college aged students. I obtained an extensive post-graduate education highlighting trauma informed therapeutic interventions. I am passionate for working with individuals who are in transitional times of life and navigating what the future holds for their life, career, and happiness.

Life Transitions
Working with young adults has been the highlight of my career. This is the time of life where you are transitioning from dependent to independent, from 'child' to 'adult,' and the world is changing so quickly. Developmentally, this is also the time of life where your brain is completing it's finishing touches on your brain, personality, and overall capacity for wellness. I find it to be one of the most exciting and powerful times to start your therapeutic journey, setting aside time for your wellness, and taking control of your future. That being said, it is also the time of life where many start to notice their ability to cope is a bit more challenging, when childhood wounds are searching to be healed, and the time of life where mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression start to present themselves. Working with these issues is such a passion of mine, as I thoroughly enjoy working side by side with people to harness their hope and use it to grow into strong, independent, and well rounded individuals.
