About me
The counseling room should be a shame-free safe space where your story is reframed freeing you to finally experience adventure from adversity, opportunities from opposition, and victory from victimhood. You are far closer to healing and freedom than you think!
I believe that you have the potential to experience the very hope, healing, and wholeness that your heart so deeply desires for yourself and all your relationships. Sadly, our journeys towards these beautiful destinations are often hindered by many painful complications. My desire is to advocate for and support you in overcoming these burdensome barriers. Let’s work together to uncover your path to personal growth and purpose, with the ultimate goal of discovering the real, true, and free you.
I earned a B.S. in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington, an M.A. in Counseling from Dallas Seminary & am currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program of Counselor Education at Texas Tech University. I have specialized training in EMDR, EFT, & TBRI. My approach is an eclectic integration of constructivist and person-centered theories that embodies a trauma-informed, insight-oriented, attachment-minded, spiritually-aware, and culturally-sensitive framework.
