About me
I am a limited permit holder in Mental Health Counseling dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families thrive.
I provide mental health counseling to couples, families and individuals from pre-teen to adult by utilizing an integrative approach. While I serve those presenting with a wide variety of concerns, my specialty areas and interests include working with couples and families, helping families and caregivers support their LGBTQ+ loved ones, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, anger, life transitions, adjustment disorders, trauma, substance abuse, chronic pain and identity work.
As a therapist, I am open-minded and non-judgmental. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to help clients safely move through the healing process. I also work collaboratively with my clients to create shared goals while empowering them with the tools needed to create lasting change.
In person and Telehealth appointments are available.
