About me
I am a trauma-informed associate therapist. I work hard with my clients in a true therapeutic partnership to help understand the barriers in their lives that are interfering with their happiness. I work with a diverse range of teen as well as adult individual clients. Life is too short to stay stuck in not-so-good relationships or consistently feel anxious and stressed. I do not take your trust in me for granted, and I make sure I earn the privilege of getting to know you and your story. I approach our time together from a curious and non-judgmental perspective. I would be honored to accompany you on your journey.
