I have over 17 years of experience providing therapy services. I utilize evidence-based therapies including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), other forms of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), such as Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for those looking to heal from disturbing life experiences and painful emotions.
