I support adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma and grief, applying a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained approach. A niche focus is helping gifted and high-ability clients navigate emotional intensities, perfectionism, sense of aloneness, and other existential challenges frequently endured (though often invisible to others) within high-achieving populations. Our therapeutic focus lends a soothing space while strategizing toward a better tomorrow. I also work with clients enduring the ongoing strains of living with life-threatening food allergies (and OIT patients) and families mourning neonatal loss.

Our therapeutic space is a sanctuary for gaining clarity and cultivating strategic growth. We'll process worries, sorrows, joys and aspirations as we navigate complex challenges. My responsibility is to ensure you are authentically seen, heard and understood. Through our collaborative work we will create purposeful growth as you develop new skills.

I have over twenty years of clinical counseling experience. My favorite influence in psychotherapy is Viktor Frankl's logotherapy and modalities I incorporate most frequently are from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Rapid Desensitization (EMDR). I also enjoy incorporating opportunities for creative expression in sessions.
