I primarily utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach as well as have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trauma-focused treatment. These methods can help people find ways to manage strong emotions and recover from trauma. The skills in these methods help with a wide range of mental health symptoms people experience.
