There is hope for growth and positive change in your life! I offer individual teletherapy for adults and have well-rounded experience working with a diverse range of people. My approach is strongly rooted in a strength-based and a client-centered perspective which means I want to help you work toward your goals and utilize the many strengths you already have.
I provide an empathetic, non-judgmental space to allow you to explore the challenges you are facing and learn new skills to facilitate the areas of growth you want to work toward. I primarily utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach as well as have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trauma-focused treatment. These methods can help people find ways to manage strong emotions and recover from trauma. The skills in these methods help with a wide range of mental health symptoms people experience.
