I am your In-depth Psychotherapist and Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in Yoga (Registered Yoga Teacher-200 hour) and am passionate about small incremental steps to bring more movement and mindfulness into my clients lives.

Motiv8c3 is mental health therapy with a mission to launch success in your self care journey. We specialize with anyone who wants more support, education and movement in their life while developing rapport to do our "inside work." Reflecting on our life patterns takes courage to heal-let go of the past stories that often hold us in current behaviors. We serve people experiencing life transitions, attachment challenges, addiction, anxiety, challenges with relationships, learning disabilities, depression. We especially love working with folks who have more than one challenge and realize time is a precious commodity.
I am also a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher with 30 years of experience. I infuse education and movement into our sessions. I work with people who want to move during (most) of our sessions, be it in nature, in the office or via video Telehealth sessions.
When we find ourselves season after season experiencing the same issues, it’s time to try taking a step towards the water ~ the water of new tides, new songs and new memories. Maybe the sea will be turbulent for awhile but rest assured we are all just passing through this life.
