Jennifer MacArthur, LCSW
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
My hope is to help individuals and couples who are struggling explore just about any life problem, with possible goals of attaining greater mental clarity around your life, increasing your self-confidence, improving connection with your partner or friends, and experiencing greater levels of acceptance over upsetting or conflicting situations. I specialize in anxiety, suicidality, addiction, faith crisis/transitions, LGBTQ+, relationship issues, stress management and trauma. Let's work on empowering you to heal and affect your life!
I have worked in the social services field for over 25 years. As a passionate LCSW and therapist my experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I am warm and flexible in my approach and use collaboration/team work as the basis of my therapy. I am also trained in EMDR.
