Claiming My Voice offers deep, holistic healing and transformation. You learn to Trust your truth, Communicate effectively, Create the relationships you want, and Joyfully use your gifts. You shift from feeling heavy and burdened to light and free.

This is not traditional therapy! This is for you if you love to be a student of yourself, if you want a holistic approach, and you're ready to invest in yourself to break through your limiting patterns.

I combine talking with creative arts, Flower Essences, nature, and mind-body-spirit practices. I also offer a voice memo app which allows you to receive coaching in between sessions.

I also offer sessions in my garden, and have various ways of incorporating nature and ritual into my sessions whether they're in person or online.

*Sisterhood. My Sisterhood Circle Program is for those who want the deepest level of connection with a community of women who are committed to creating conscious relationships. The program includes but is not limited to: Sisterhood Circle, individual sessions, Retreat.

I know how exhausting it is to never feel good enough, to serve at the expense of self, to play small. There is another way. Your unique voice is a beautiful gift.
