I am an experienced therapist in working with teens and young adults cope with life transitions and working with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, I have extensice experience working with you experiencing suicidal thoughts or engaging in self harm behavior.

Every human being experiences hardships and difficult times in their lives. I became a therapist in order to understand and support people in getting through and understanding themselves in such times. I work from a Cognitive behavioral Approach, meaning I believe that our thoughts, both conscious and subconscious, influence our behaviors and vice a versa. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and developmental transitions between teen and adulthood. Especially with the pandemic, that transition has been especially difficult on both the student and the families.
