Jennifer Eldridge, Psychologist

I help people to overcome life’s obstacles and access life’s joys. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, families, and adults (preschool-age 80+). I am fortunate to have helped individuals over the past 20+ years as they strive to overcome life's challenges and access life's joys. While a variety of therapy techniques that I am trained in can be of value, clients and I select the ones that they find to be most helpful to them personally. I primarily see clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, divorce, school/work and family problems, ADHD, Autism, childhood issues, and processing past traumatic or stressful life events.

I own a small group practice that consists of therapists who have decades of experience and are all highly trained in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. We all love the work that we do and are highly committed to helping our clients through a combination of compassion, years of training, warmth, and a healthy sense of humor.

My professional experiences in NM, and later in PA, inform my appreciation for the diversity of approaches to emotional, spiritual, and physical healing. I have found that assisting clients in accessing personal resources and those within their community, family, culture, religion, and social setting promotes mental/physical/spiritual health.
