I have been a licensed therapist for past 13 years. I have been in private practice now for four years. My approach to treatment is to assist in overall well-being. I first began out working with adolescence and adult with co-occurring disorders. I did this for a time before I ventured out to broaden my horizon and worked with those that had personality disorders, mood disorder, among many other disorders. I have been trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, among ones that are not coming to mind right now. I am certified in EMDR and am a member of the EMDRIA, I am a professional who likes to use a combination of treatment modalities from various theorist based on what seems to be the appropriate treatment for each client. I am a person who I like to think is nonjudgmental and welcoming of all.
