About me
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m committed to helping individuals, couples, and families find freedom from distress of anxiety and depression and discover genuine satisfaction in relationships. Using a collaborative approach that builds connection, we’ll target the ineffective patterns that keep you stuck in distress so you can reach your goals.
I’ve worked successfully with individuals and families since 1993. I use a confidential telehealth program to meet conveniently with clients. The program is user-friendly and allows for us the flexibility to meet at various times and from a convenient location for clients.
