About me
I have been a practitioner for 8 years and have experience working with children, adolescence, and adults. I work with clients that are experiencing symptoms from grief and trauma.
I believe therapy can be a collaborative journey between therapist and client. I work with individuals that have experienced trauma and grief. In our current world there has been individual and collective levels of grief and trauma. I value providing a space where clients can share their stories and experiences. Together we can begin to change the narrative the grief and trauma have been telling you. I value providing a space for clients to be seen and heard so they can move through the grief and trauma to a balanced and healthy life.
Symptoms of grief and trauma do not exist on a timeline. I help normalize that what you are feeling and experiencing is normal. There is opportunity to move through the pain, which looks different for everyone.
My personal belief is that you can find the strength and ability to live a fulfilling life through a mutually respectful relationship. I value the collaboration between a client and a therapist and the journey we can take together.
