About me
I have extensive experience working with children on the Autism spectrum, with other developmental disabilities, and their families. I have worked as Bereavement Counselor through Hospice for almost 10 years. Finally, my experience with private practice has given me knowledge and familiarity with anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples therapy.
Making the decision and commitment to better one’s self is difficult, to say the least. I am here to help you achieve your goals. I aim to provide a safe environment for you to explore your emotions, experiences, relationships, and struggles. I work collaboratively with my clients, and work to empower and nurture every individual’s and family’s strengths. I believe education is a primary tool for change. Through education and practice of useful skills, I believe anyone can develop new tools to alleviate their emotional distress, problematic behaviors, and improve their overall self-worth.
Availability on Weekday evenings and weekends, making therapy easy to schedule for working adults and children after school! Currently only offering Telehealth services within the state of California. Not accepting insurance currently.
