I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Portland Oregon, and have been working as a therapist since 2015. My passion is working with people who have experienced trauma, particularly survivors of sexual assault, and physical, verbal, and emotional abuse and neglect. As a survivor of trauma myself, I know how trauma can impact every part of your life, and I know how impactful a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship can be in helping to work through the trauma you've experienced.

I believe that the things that have happened to us have an enormous impact on our relationships with ourselves and others, the decisions we make, and the ways that we perceive the world. I also believe that the most important ingredient when healing from trauma is authentic connection with others. Together, we will build a relationship where you feel safe enough to begin to explore what happened in your life, the ways that you have survived, and what you need in order to have the life you hope for yourself.
