About me
I am a licensed clinical and addictions therapist as well as nationally certified counselor who is passionately committed to assisted individuals with complex trauma and dissociative disorders through holistic and integrative therapies.
I am committed to your wellness journey in helping you understand what happened to you. I have worked with various traumas, including complex traumas, medical trauma, military and civilian combat trauma, domestic and sexual abuse, grief, narcissistic abuse, and pet loss. My work focuses on helping you understand your trauma, process it in a safe place, develop coping skills, and become the best version of yourself. I believe we can find your path to mental wholeness. I will use a variety of methods, but am highly proficient in helping the body release remembered PTSD memories, cognitive processing therapy, exploring the whys of trauma, and finding meaning in purpose after trauma. Using a what-fits-you-best approach, coupled with holistic modalities specifically attended to complex emotions, I can help you find or rediscover the best version of yourself. Are you ready to start your healing adventure today?
