I am fully certified in EMDR and specialize in trauma, anxiety, self esteems issues and more. I have specialized training in mindfulness and self-compassion based approaches.

explore a deeper, more profound approach to therapy, I am here to help you learn the tools and
skills to create positive change in your life. My practice is about creating a refuge where clients
are able to heal from past trauma by increasing their awareness and acceptance of the different
parts that make up who we are as human beings. In doing so, clients are able to release the
burdens carried by the parts of themselves that no longer serve them. My approach to therapy is very much a collaborative process; my experience
helps to bring out your own inner wisdom and emotional strength.
My approach is to go in depth and explore core issues fundamental to well-being. Together, we
will treat the causes, not just the symptoms. Getting to the root of mental health challenges
facilitates deep transformation and healing from the inside out. I enjoy helping clients uncover
deeper layers of themselves, working with these parts instead of against themselves, all leading
towards a life worth living, one driven by the people and things that are most important to you.

I employ evidence-based models that are individualized to meet your specific needs. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which helps clients process and move past the emotional and physical pain rooted in traumatic memories. I also employ approaches from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectal Behavior Therapy. I also teach mindful self-compassion and for clients curious about mindfulness, we can incorporate this approach into therapy. I am affirming of all people and enjoy working with patients from different backgrounds. I have a background in spirituality and am willing to incorporate your spiritual beliefs into treatment when appropriate.
