I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and integrate mindfulness and simple yoga and breathing techniques as part of the healing process.

Hello. My name is Jeanette and I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice as a therapist with adults, young and elderly, and families in Arizona and as an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) in Wisconsin. My experience also includes working with families and children, adolescents and special education students in K-12 schools. Experienced and trained in Telemental Health and virtual education as an adjunct University Instructor and Spanish Teacher, working with clients and students online is a very natural process.

Integrative counseling is the therapeutic approach of my work with a solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral foundation incorporating mindfulness strategies and techniques. Anxiety disorders, stress management, depression, anger management and emotional regulation, self-esteem, adjustment disorders/ coping with change along with family and parenting concerns are my counseling specialties. Having traveled. studied and lived in the U.S. Mexico, and Europe, speaking other languages, I am a culturally- aware and sensitive individual full of empathy and respect for all people. As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), simple yoga and breathing techniques can be incorporated into one’s life as a part of the healing process.
