I am an experienced bilingual Psychotherapist who uses evidence-based therapies in a holistic and client-centered approach. I am dedicated to help teenagers, adults, and couples.

My approach is gentle and effective, as I provide practical tools that can be used right away and transformational processes. I connect easily with my clients as I am an empath and Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), offering unconditional acceptance, compassion, and understanding. I comprehend the damaging impact of trauma and complex trauma, as in difficult childhood. I work very well with teenagers, young adults, adults, and couples.
