About me
I am particularly drawn to creatives struggling with anxiety and depression. I practice with a feminist focus, striving for equality, advocacy, and equity between all clients and their relationships.
My previous experience as an art teacher and artist grants me a deep love for the arts as a tool for healing, which I often use in my practice. I also enjoy working as an ally and advocate for equitable treatment for those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My clients include individuals, couples, groups, and individual adults.
I strive to empower and walk alongside my clients in my therapeutic practice, so they may live their full, best lives, so they may step into their power and heal and love themselves. My greatest honor in life is to witness my clients achieve their goals and discover their magnificence as humans in this world.
In my space, I intend to remove judgement and create an accepting, safe environment for all visitors. I enjoy accompanying my clients on their journeys as they grown into their best selves. Through a creative, strengths-based approach, healing and liberation bloom in my clients’ lives. All are welcome here.
