My counseling style is warm, authentic, and non-judgemental. I believe in treating everyone with respect. We can address current or unresolved issues from your past. I can also counsel from a Christian-based standpoint if preferred. My goal is to listen and empower you to walk in freedom from the obstacles keeping you from living your most fulfilled life. So many people are currently struggling with stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, parenting dilemmas, relationship/separation/divorce, or self-esteem issues. Many also need to heal unresolved pain, guilt, or their past. Are spiritual issues confusing? These are all excellent reasons to seek therapy.

I am currently a Certified Grief Informed Professional, as well as a Certified Trauma Informed Professional. I do not accept insurance but charge on a sliding scale fee basis. Many times my fees are about the same as many copays.
