Life can be difficult, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn. I will provide a confidential, supportive place for your heart to share and mind to process your specific situation. I provide psychotherapy by telehealth or phone for adults experiencing personal stress, anxiety, depression, loss, grief, family and life transitions and crisis, as well as adoption, foster care, relationship, and end of life counseling.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and Mississippi, with over 35 years of experience helping individuals and families, young children through elders, of many races, cultures, and abilities. I have worked in all areas of mental health with anxiety, loss, grief, depression, family dysfunction, personal abuse, trauma, serious illness and end of life care, and life transitions of all types. I also work with adoption and foster care issues.
My experience and compassionate approach have helped many, and I am ready to help you explore your personal situation. I will listen as you share your story; you are the expert in your life. Together we can help you make the changes you desire toward living your best life.
What time works for you? I provide 50 minute sessions during weekdays, and other times by special arrangement. Please contact me with your specific scheduling need.
Are you concerned about expense? I am a private pay only therapist, and I provide statements for your personal insurance reimbursement depending on your plan. I provide sliding scale for those registered with OpenPathCollective.com. My private pay fee is $90 per session. My sliding scale with OpenPathCollective.com is $55 per session.
