My work is informed by psychodynamic and Jungian archetype concepts balancing the Masculine/Feminine energies; psychedelic integration; yoga, mantra, and meditation; and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
I address: trauma/C-PTSD; intergenerational trauma; depression; anxiety; life transitions; grief; religious trauma; psycho-spiritual awakening; low self-esteem/self-love/self-trust; toxic masculinity/femininity; survivors of interpersonal violence/“gaslighting”; thriving in recovery; and people looking to level up in their lives with deeper soul connections, both within their heart space and with others.
We use our sessions and the present moment to create a deeper space for awareness of stressors, habits, and long-standing life patterns so that you actively create and live your authentic soul-centered life.
