About me
Jane’s mission is to listen and work with you to acquire new abilities to lead a better life. Her focuses on working with tweens, teens and adults of all ages on an individual and group basis using holistic counseling techniques .
Jane has over 20 years experience as a counselor and college professor. Her goal is to help clients overcome the many obstacles in life, including:

What happens in a counseling session with Jane?
You will be given a chance to tell your story, both the good and bad, in a confidential, judgment-free setting. Then you will work together to build a better quality of life using a variety of holistic coping and healing exercises, stress management tools, and therapeutic conversations.
