All you want is to feel like yourself again and no longer be hijacked by these negative feelings. I am here to join you where you are, support you, and help you to get to where you want to be. Along the journey, we will discover ways to cope, while building up your self confidence and helping you to love yourself as you are.
Therapy is a collaborative process, rooted in a strong and trusting relationship between me and you. Together, we will identify your concerns, develop goals, and celebrate your strengths and accomplishments. My approach is based in CBT and ACT, yet sprinkled with genuine care, humor, and down-to-earth connection.
