About me
All parts of you are welcome here! I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey!
I’m a holistic social worker with a contemporary approach. I blend elements of somatic practice and attachment work to help aid in the transformation of trauma, shame, and other relational challenges. I help my clients integrate their emotions, minds, and bodies so they can find inner peace and finally feel at home. The cornerstone of my work is derived from helping individuals build relationships with all parts of themselves. We’ll work together to create a safe space where your needs come first. I’ll offer concrete tools and exercises that will support the specific areas of your life you would like to work on. We’ll work at your speed and on the issues that matter most to you.
