About me
Hi there! My name is Jamie Impastato (she/her) and I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults. I am skilled in working with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Behavior Management, Depression, LGBTQ+, Parenting, Play therapy, Social Skills and Brainspotting. I offer telehealth as well as limited in person availability.
Hello! I provide a empathic, client centered and supportive approach to therapy; helping the client recognize their potential, build self-esteem, improve relationships, recognize and replace negative behavior, improve interpersonal skills, and realize the ability to cope with adversarial life experiences. I enjoy using humor in session, engage in play therapy both in person and online, and I provide a wealth of real world experience that can be applied to many situations.
