I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping teenagers/adults/couples cope with anxiety, depression, relationship and life issues.
Hello! My name is James... or “Jim”, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I am also a U.S. Air Force veteran with 21 years of military service. I have several years of experience in the field of mental health and also worked at a psychiatric inpatient hospital in the Oklahoma City area. I primarily work with those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, career issues, relationship and marriage problems, and other life challenges that often get in the way of “just doing life”. I also work with military veterans/couples having intimacy issues or marriage problems, and helping career professionals who are experiencing work related problems.
